The Lingenfelter Collection is open twice a year, for a spring and fall open house otherwise closed to the general public. All event requests will be reviewed and are subject to approval. All events require a $500 minimum charge for use of the facility. Varying per event, a portion of this cost will be donated to the Lingenfelter Foundation. A 501 (c) (3) receipt will be provided.
Event requests must be during the week, normal business hours 9AM-5PM, exceptions are subject to approval. No Sunday requests will be reviewed.
The Lingenfelter Collection provides only a venue for your event. Any and all additional services will need to be provided through your planning efforts. All catering and rentals will need to be approved and are done on your time and expense.
